Averra TechPath was founded by Grace Ezuma — a Tech Talent Strategist and Career Consultant with a practitioner background spanning cybersecurity operations, cloud engineering, IT support, and backend development.
Before founding Averra TechPath, Grace served as a SOC Analyst at AIICO Insurance, gaining enterprise-level security operations experience inside a regulated financial services environment. She managed 100+ intern applications at NexaScale as Mentorship Program Manager, reducing manual tracking time by 40% and improving shortlist-to-hire alignment by 25% — building the talent operations thinking that powers Averra's methodology today.
She holds an MSc in Cybersecurity from American InterContinental University, a BSc in Computer Science from Caleb University Lagos, and is currently completing her International MBA at Rome Business School — bringing strategic business leadership to a practice already grounded in technical depth.
